There are two daily sailings to Inis Meáin
all year round from Ros á mhíl (Rossaveal) and two daily returns.
The ferries are large and comfortable and the crossing takes less than one hour.
Coach connections depart from Galway city office 1 ½. hour prior to sailing
time.
Rós a Mhíl ( Rosaveal ) Ferry Port is approx 35 km from Galway on R 336 ( passing the villages of Barna, Spiddle, and Inverin )

Flights take 6 minutes. A taxi bus is available from Inis Meain Airstrip. Coach
